The Firm's standard process for engaging services is as follows:

  1. Client submits inquiry via contact form or telephone.
  2. Firm conducts initial assessment and identifies the applicable service.
  3. Firm issues a written Engagement Letter confirming scope, fee, deliverables, and timeline.
  4. Client countersigns the Engagement Letter and remits any required advance payment.
  5. Work commences upon receipt of signed Engagement Letter and payment.

No chargeable work will commence prior to execution of a written Engagement Letter. The fee amounts displayed on this Website are starting points for standard-scope instructions; final fees for a specific matter are confirmed in the Engagement Letter.

Service fees are denominated in Thai Baht (฿). Payment terms, including advance payment requirements and instalment arrangements for larger instructions, are set out in the relevant Engagement Letter. The Firm accepts payment by bank transfer to its designated account specified in the Engagement Letter.

Refund policy: Where an instruction is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, fees for completed work are non-refundable. Where the Firm is unable to proceed with an instruction after payment has been received, a refund will be issued for any unearned portion.

9. Disclaimers

The Firm's advisory services are provided on the basis of the information supplied by the client and the regulatory position at the time of instruction. The Firm does not warrant any particular outcome from customs proceedings, dispute negotiations, or contract terms.

Tax and customs administration outcomes are determined by Thai regulatory authorities. Legal advice prepares the strongest supportable position; it does not determine the administrative outcome. Clients should not act on Website content without obtaining a specific written advisory from the Firm for their individual circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, the Firm's aggregate liability to a client in respect of any instruction shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for the specific instruction giving rise to the claim.

The Firm shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of this Website or from advisory services, including loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of anticipated duty savings, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

11. Confidentiality

The Firm maintains professional confidentiality obligations in respect of all client communications and information. Client information is not disclosed to third parties except as outlined in our Privacy Policy or as required by law or professional regulation.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate an instruction by written notice. Where the client terminates, fees for work completed to the date of termination are payable. The Firm reserves the right to cease acting where it determines a conflict of interest arises, where the client provides materially inaccurate information, or where continued instruction would require the Firm to act contrary to professional obligations.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand for resolution of disputes that cannot be resolved through good faith negotiation.

14. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. No waiver by the Firm of any breach of these Terms shall be taken as a waiver of any subsequent breach.

15. Changes to These Terms

The Firm may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of this Website following publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Engagement Letters in force at the date of any change are not affected by that change unless both parties agree in writing.
